When I bought these glasses they were just what I was looking for in a tall iced tea glass. After 3 months, the bottoms of 2 of 4 glasses have cracked on the inside and another one has cracks in the sides. So not useable anymore. They have not been abused since only my husband uses them and so not all glasses are used and washed every day. Of course, refund time period has expired. These are not cheap glasses and for only 3 months use, I'd say that they are not very well made. Don't waste your money....if I could give them no stars I would

I purchased 8 of the "unbreakable" 28 ounce poly carbonate tumblers on November 11, 2011 from Clearly Acrylic. All of the tumblers have cracked in the base and developed leaks after about 5 months of very little use. I would caution all that these tumblers are not always top shelf dishwasher safe even if you use an unheated dry cycle. It seems the very hot water of dishwasher alone is enough to crack these tumblers. These tumblers were used very little and now all of them are cracked and leaking. I love this jumbo cooler. I use it for iced tea and it's huge so I don't have to keep refilling my glass all the time. The only problem is the price. They're not cheap. I haven't had mine for long so I don't know how well it holds up from frequent washings in the dishwasher. But so far, so good. No scratches. No stains.

This 28oz Polycarbonate Unbreakable Tumbler is such a great item. Just as the name implies it has so far been UNBREAKABLE... It has withstood the rigors of the dishwasher, children, & being bounced off of floors, concrete, the walls. It keeps drinks cold for a good period of time. The only negative statement about this item is that it sweats so badly, but that is to be expected. Overall a GREAT ITEM!
