The Mexican glass tumblers were exactly what I was looking for. Two were defective upon arrival. I e-mailed the company, Table Talk, and told them of the problem. They were the nicest people to deal with. They offered to replace the two without my returning them. I offered to return them and they said it wasn't necessary. Within a week or two, my replacement glasses arrived. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend this company.

I love the quality of these glasses. They are a litle heavier in weight and feel than regular glass tumblers but there is a wonderful hand-made look to them. They are thick-walled but I find them fine to drink from. I have owned these for years and it is true - you need to be careful with them regarding sudden temperature changes. I discovered that after pulling one out (clean) from the dishwasher still hot and I made the mistake of filling it with ice cold water to take a drink and the glass cracked in front of my eyes. I won't do that again.

These glasses are made of thick glass that can withstand a lot of use. They are shpped and wrapped so they will not break. I love thes glasses and if by chance one gets broken I replace it right away. These glasses are the same that you will see on many T.V. movies and comercials. Every time I see them in a movie, I say hey I have those glasses! I would definately buy these for every day use and are so pretty you can use them for nice glassware.
